National Flight Centre Pilot Academy is a fully EASA-approved professional pilot training centre based at Weston Airport, close to Dublin, Ireland. We provide both modular and integrated ATPL courses, in addition to aerial work, scenic/leisure flights, and training for the private pilot’s licence. We are a student-centric organisation, obsessed with safety, delivering high-quality training and customer service.

We have a vacancy for a full time administrator for our hangar-based maintenance activities. The successful candidate will report directly to theMaintenance Manager. The ideal applicant will have a  background in supplier management and relations as well as being proficient in MS Word and Excel and have an excellent telephone manner.

Monitor and manage     maintenance stock, liaising with maintenance staff to ensure stock is processed promptly.

Communicate directly with NFC suppliers.

Input stock items on and maintain stock management system.

Verify deliveries and communicate directly with customs and courier companies.

The ability to manage and to respond to changes in a plan remaining resilient, calm and professional under pressure.

Ensure the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Staff  are kept informed of any issues arising on a day to day basis.  

Strong team work skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships with wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Flexibility, problem solving and initiative skills including the ability to adapt to change and be solution focused.

To liaise with other departments, operations, training and finance in a timely and efficient manner.

Deal with all telephone & Email queries or other requests in a timely & professional manner.

Exceptional levels of accuracy with the ability to take personal responsibility for ensuring standards are met.

Ability to prioritize work and effectively handle multiple tasks and see these through to completion.

To maintain a professional approach in all interactions.

To undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required. To comply with all Health & Safety & Covid-19 Regulations & protocols ensuring safe working practices and a safe working environment.
